An igorot and his son preparing to butcher some chickens. Igorots are filipinos who live along the Cordillera, a vast mountain range the Spaniards didn't colonize during their invasion of the Philippines. The man is beating the wings of the chicken with a stick to prevent it from flapping away. I actually did this the last time I went there. I saw a chicken run without a head. hehe
